  • All products within France will be shipped within 5 working days.
  • Please allow 10 working days for the delivery of products outside of France within Europe.
  • Please allow 10-14 working days for the delivery of products outside of Europe.

Returns

CONDITIONS

  • Try shopping on the quiet privacy and if you change your mind or that an item does not suit you, we offer 28 days after receipt of your package to request an exchange or refund.
  • The swimwear and underwear, must in no case be returned if they have been worn and must be returned with all of their packaging and protective films.
  • The shoes should be tried on a similar carpet or floor as you are not sure of keeping
  • For hygiene concepts, cosmetics and earrings can not lead to a return.
  • The gift cards can not be returned or exchanged. All gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase this one, and can be used for multiple purchases until its expiry date.
  • If you choose to return your purchase and request a refund, it will be effected by the same payment method you chose when ordering.
  • Returns that do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted and will be returned.

Turn your articles through prepaid newsletter you can ask us by email.

Your return will be processed within 10 to 14 days.

  1. Complete this form and attach it to the items you wish to return. Remember to include your order number (this is indicated in the confirmation email we sent you after the order). The package that you return must be safe and made with the original packaging.
  2. The prepaid return form should be printed via the email we send you. It consists of two parts. The one with the return address must be affixed to the package you are returning. The other will be completed by the post office officer in which you file the package will be worth as accused and back. Keep it.
  3. Remove the packages you want to return to the nearest Post Office.
  4. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your package by our customer service and we will keep you informed of the next steps is for your trade or on your refund.
